We ship to both local (South African) and international destinations using a secure door‑to‑door courier service.

Once your order is placed and paid, it enters the processing stage. Processing typically takes 1–2 working days. Personalised items require additional time before dispatch.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • item weight and dimensions
  • destination
  • delivery method selected

Tracking details are provided once your parcel has been dispatched.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Local Delivery Details

Local delivery times vary depending on the courier option selected:

  • express courier: 1–3 working days
  • e‑commerce courier: 2–5 working days

International Shipping Guidelines

International delivery typically takes 5–7 working days, excluding personalisation time.

Some countries may not appear at checkout due to varying courier cost structures. If your country is not listed, contact support@sarugbyshop.co.za for assistance.

International deliveries are handled by DHL Express:

  • duties
  • taxes
  • quarantine charges
  • storage fees
  • customs clearance costs
  • any additional charges imposed by the destination country

These fees must be paid by the recipient.

Additional Delivery Costs

Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • the item is not personalised
  • the item is unworn and in original condition
  • all labels, swing tags, and packaging are intact
  • the request is made within 14 days of receiving the order

Customers are responsible for the courier costs of returning goods and for re‑delivery of exchanged items.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and inspection of the returned item. Replacement items are dispatched only once the original goods are received and any outstanding amounts have been settled.

We encourage customers to review size charts and product details carefully before placing an order.

If an incorrect item is delivered, we will cover all costs associated with returning and re‑delivering the correct item(s).
