Final Dispatch Dates for 2025
E-commerce deliveries: Last dispatch on 20 December 2025
Express central, In-City (local) & International (DHL): Last dispatch on 22 December 2025 (limited services running over this period- NO deliveries over the weekend or public holidays)
We strongly recommend placing your orders by these dates to ensure processing and dispatch before the end of the year.
Personalised Items
Please note that personalised items will experience extended production times from 19 December 2025, with anticipated delivery during the week of January 2026.
Orders Placed After 20 / 22 December 2025
Orders placed on or after 20 December (E-commerce) will be held and processed once courier services resume normal operations.
Orders placed on or after 22 December (Express, In-City & International) will have deliveries taking place around weekends and public holidays.
Dispatch of all normal services will recommence from 5 January 2026.
No economy or regional area deliveries will take place between 23 December 2025 and 7 January 2026.
